Abstract

The invention discloses a tail gas closed-cycle plasma incineration system. The system adopts inert gas plasma to incinerate solid waste, and comprises a plasma generating device of inert gas, an incinerator, a tail gas cooling device, a dust removal device, an adsorption device and the like; solid waste firstly enters a material bin, the material bin is connected with a vacuum pump, air enteringthe bin is extracted, then a feeding valve is opened, the solid waste enters a solid waste incineration chamber, and the solid waste is incinerated through plasma to form a glass body, flows out of adischarging port and then is die-cast into building materials; and incinerated tail gas enters a tail gas purification device and then is circulated back to the plasma generating device to be reused,and an inert gas timing supplementing device is arranged on a tail gas circulation pipeline. Compared with an existing plasma incineration method, the system has the advantages that no waste gas is continuously discharged, and plasma inert gas is reused.
