Abstract

The invention relates to a method for colonizing earthworm populations in coastal saline soil. Earthworms are endogenous earthworms; an inoculation environment is moderate and mild salinized farmlandsoil; and organic materials are adopted to enhance the survival and reproductive capacity of earthworms in salinized soil. The method comprises the following steps of: obtaining and storing the endogenous earthworm provenance, and preparing an earthworm adaptive culture medium; preparing field pieces of salinized farmland soil; and inoculating the endogenous earthworms, and performing field management on the salinized farmland soil. The method disclosed by the invention can be used for increasing active endogenous earthworm populations in soil of a plowing layer (0-30 cm) in the in-situ open-air condition of the moderate and mild salinized farmland soil with heavy texture; the problem that clayey moderate and mild salinized soil is difficult to wash to further reduce the salt content of the soil is solved; the utilization rate of agricultural organic waste resources is increased; the structure of the salinized soil is improved; and the biological activity of the salinized soil is enhanced.
