The heat-insulation LED energy-saving lamp comprises a base, a fixing rope, a heat dissipation mechanism, a brightness adjusting mechanism, a lamp holder mechanism and a lampshade, wherein one end of the fixing rope is connected with the side, away from the mounting face, of the base, and the otherend of the fixing rope is fixedly connected with the lampshade; one end of the brightness adjusting mechanism is located in the base, and the other end of the brightness adjusting mechanism stretchesinto the lampshade to be combined with the lamp holder mechanism; the heat dissipation mechanism is located in the lamp holder mechanism; and the heat dissipation mechanism, the lamp holder mechanism,the brightness adjusting mechanism and the base are electrically connected. The lamp holder mechanism comprises a substrate, a double-layer membrane, LED chips, gold wires and a lamp shell, wherein the substrate is located in the lamp shell; the LED chips are arranged on the substrate in an array manner; and the double-layer membrane covers the surface of the substrate. The LED chips are electrically connected through the gold wires. The heat dissipation mechanism comprises a heat pipe radiator, a heat outlet pipe and a heat inlet pipe, wherein one end of the heat inlet pipe and one end of the heat outlet pipe make contact with the LED chips correspondingly, and the other end of the heat inlet pipe and the other end of the heat outlet pipe are connected with the heat pipe radiator; and the heat pipe radiator comprises heat dissipation aluminum-based fins.
