Abstract

The invention discloses a high-power laser resectoscope and a scouring control method thereof. The high-power laser resectoscope comprises a water return system, a water inlet system, an observation system, a cutting system and a scouring system, wherein the water return system comprises a water return pipe and a water return structure; the water inlet system comprises a water inlet pipe and a water inlet structure; the observation system comprises a resectoscope tube and an eyepiece; the cutting system comprises an optical fiber and a laser head; and the scouring system comprises a metal scouring pipe. The metal scouring pipe is inserted into a water inlet pipe, is used for limiting the movement of the optical fiber and the laser head, and can spray out cleaning cooling water at the sametime, and the spraying end is close to the laser head. The high-power laser resectoscope and the scouring control method have the advantages that (1) water pressure is continuously provided to scour apart tissues at the laser head end, so that over-high temperature at the high-power laser head end is prevented, and the loss of surgical optical fibers is reduced; (2) the temperature of the metal scouring pipe wrapping the laser optical fiber is effectively reduced, and the metal scouring pipe is prevented from being burnt out; and (3) the definition of the end part of the resectoscope tube is improved.
