Abstract

The preparation process comprises the following steps: culturing seeds by virtue of Nipoisson bacteria,inoculating the seeds into glutamic acid waste liquid with relatively high salt content, obtaining thalli after fermentation is finished, and carrying out superfine grinding on the thalli to remove teichoic acid and protein.
