[0012] In this patent, we will introduce FDKF for smoothing output power fluctuations of wind power generation systems. It is well known that battery power has a nonlinear relationship with wind power, and there is a nonlinear relationship between SOH and battery power. In this method, the nonlinear problem is solved by considering the dependence of the input and output on the battery power and SOH through the linear membership function of the fuzzy controller. To solve the control problems such as reducing power fluctuations and reducing battery capacity, a fuzzy-based control method is adopted, which is also suitable for multi-constrained and abrupt inputs, such as the intermittency of wind speed.
