Problems solved by technology

The external antenna and RF connector are easy to be knocked, broken and damaged during use, and the antenna is easy to lose during maintenance; since the external antenna needs to use adapters, RF connectors and other components, after long-term use, it is easy to replace the RF connector at the position of the RF connector. Water, which increases the maintenance cost; the communication distance of the built-in antenna currently available on the market generally does not exceed 30 meters, and the price is relatively high, resulting in a high cost of the instrument

Embodiment

[0017] This example figure 1 As shown, the antenna is composed of a vibrator 7 , a substrate 1 and a coaxial cable 8 . The vibrator 7 is made of a brass rod with a diameter of 2.3 mm and a length of 31 mm. The material of the substrate 1 is FR4, and the size is 40×40×2mm. The upper and lower surfaces of the substrate 1 are covered with copper foil as the ground of the antenna. The copper foils on the upper and lower surfaces are connected through holes, and the via holes are ground feed points. There are 51 via holes with a diameter of 0.8mm. The vibrator 7 is welded vertically to the center of the substrate 1, the coaxial cable is welded on the substrate 1, the core wire 9 of the coaxial cable is welded to the center copper foil 3 of the substrate 1, and the shielding layer 10 of the coaxial cable is connected to the edge copper foil of the substrate 1. The foils 4 are welded together, and the characteristic impedance of the built-in antenna of the present invention is 50Ω....

Abstract

The invention discloses a built-in antenna of an indicator diagram sensor. The built-in antenna comprises a substrate (1), copper foils are arranged on the front surface and the back surface of the substrate, a U-shaped non-copper-clad groove (2) is formed in the copper foil on the front surface of the substrate, and the U-shaped non-copper-clad groove divides the copper foil on the front surfaceof the substrate into a central copper foil (3) and an edge copper foil (4); a group of through holes (5) are formed in the edge copper foils close to the edges of the U-shaped grooves without coppercoating, metal coatings (6) are arranged on the surfaces of inner holes of the through holes, and the copper foils on the front surface and the back surface of the substrate are connected into a wholethrough the metal coatings; an oscillator is welded with the central copper foil on the front surface of the substrate; the central copper foil is welded with a core wire (9) of a coaxial cable (8),and a shielding layer (10) of the coaxial cable is welded with the edge copper foil; and the other end of the coaxial cable (8) is provided with an ipex connector (11). The built-in antenna has the characteristics of small volume, simple structure, low cost, long communication distance, reliable work and the like.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a built-in antenna for a power map sensor, which belongs to the technical field of petroleum well testing instrument communication. Background technique [0002] The existing power map sensor uses an external antenna for data transmission. Due to the limitation of various factors such as the environment and housing materials, the external antenna needs to install the RF connector on the adapter, and then fix the adapter on the sensor. On the shell, when in use, install the rod antenna on the RF connector to lead the signal out from the inside of the instrument, thereby realizing the transmission of data signals. The external antenna and RF connector are easy to be knocked, broken and damaged during use, and the antenna is easy to lose during maintenance; since the external antenna needs to use adapters, RF connectors and other components, after long-term use, it is easy to replace the RF connector at the position of the RF conn...
