Abstract

The invention discloses a device and a method for oxidizing sludge by using supercritical water. The device comprises a reactor body for supercritical sludge oxidation reaction, a discharge pipe connected to the bottom end of the reactor, a valve arranged on the discharge pipe and a deslagging funnel connected to the bottom end of the discharge pipe. A scraping driving device for preventing precipitated salt in the reactor body from being precipitated and blocked at the bottom end in the reactor body is arranged at the bottom end of the reactor body and is positioned between the reactor body and the discharge pipe. When liquid flowing in the reactor body contains salt, a plurality of first telescopic rods of the device are driven to be connected with telescopic soft strips to move along the interior of the reactor body for scraping so as to prevent crystalline salt from being precipitated at the bottom end of the interior of the reactor body. Meanwhile, during discharging, the device is driven to rotate again through flowing of the fluid, the device moves up and down at the position of the discharge pipe to achieve an anti-blocking effect on the discharge pipe, and therefore precipitated salt is prevented from blocking a feeding port.
