Embodiment Construction

[0043] The present invention will be described in detail below in combination with specific embodiments.

[0044] The invention relates to a method for preparing a self-healing strong lipopeptide surfactin hydrogel, the method comprising the following steps:

[0045] Step 1: In a water bath environment, add the gelatin powder into the preheated DPBS solution and stir until completely dissolved, add methacrylic anhydride and stir evenly, after the reaction is completed, constant temperature dialysis and freeze-drying to obtain methacrylated gelatin powder;

[0046]Step 2: adding the photoinitiator into the lipopeptide surfactin solution, mixing and stirring to obtain the base liquid;

[0047] Step 3: adding the methacrylated gelatin powder obtained in step 1 to the base liquid obtained in step 2, and stirring evenly to obtain a mixed solution of methacrylated gelatin and lipopeptide surfactant;

[0048] Step 4: Put the mixed solution of methacrylated gelatin and lipopeptide su...

Abstract

The invention relates to a self-healing tough lipopeptide surfactin hydrogel and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: in a water bath environment, adding gelatin powder into a preheated DPBS solution, stirring until the gelatin powder is completely dissolved, adding methacrylic anhydride, uniformly stirring, carrying out constant-temperature dialysis after the reaction is finished, and freeze-drying to obtain methacrylic acid esterified gelatin powder; adding a photoinitiator into a lipopeptide surfactin solution, and mixing and stirring to obtain a base solution; and adding the methacrylic acid esterified gelatin powder into the base solution, uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution of the methacrylic acid esterified gelatin and the lipopeptid surfactin, putting the mixed solution into a mold, and performing ultraviolet irradiation cross-linking to obtain the hydrogel. The hydrogel is good in compatibility, non-toxic, degradable, self-healing and excellent in mechanical property, and can be used for treatment of healing of diabetic chronic difficult-to-heal skin wounds; the compression modulus can reach 1.72 MPa, and self-healing can be achieved; and the function of promoting healing of skin wounds of diabetic rats is achieved, and the wounds are completely healed within 11 days.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of polymer hydrogel preparation, in particular to a self-healing tough lipopeptide surfactin hydrogel and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] Skin wound dressings are designed to protect the wound from the external environment and play a role in protecting the wound during the healing process. The most widely used wound dressings clinically are traditional dressings such as gauze and cotton. This kind of dressing is cheap and can provide some protection, but they have many disadvantages in use, such as the new tissue on the wound surface is easily adhered to the gauze, which causes secondary trauma when changing the dressing and brings pain to the patient; Incapable of responding to changing wound conditions; not conducive to the absorption of wound exudate; unable to effectively prevent bacterial and fungal infections; unable to deliver drugs in a controlled or sustainable manner. ...
