Abstract

The invention discloses a wearable lower limb rehabilitation exoskeleton robot. The robot comprises a waist assembly, two hip joint assemblies, two knee joint assemblies, two ankle joint assemblies, two thigh bandage assemblies and two shank bandage assemblies. According to the robot, lower limbs are divided into hip joints and knee joints for segmented or overall rehabilitation training, and waist, thigh and shank length adjusting and locking mechanisms are arranged, so that the adjustment is flexible, the adaptability is high, and therefore the robot is suitable for 95% of people; the hip joints and the shanks are respectively provided with flat plate type viscoelastic damper self-adjusting mechanisms and cylindrical viscoelastic damper self-adjusting mechanisms, and therefore more patients can have good wearing comfort and rehabilitation training effects; hip joint motor gearbox assemblies and knee joint motor gearbox assemblies are respectively arranged on the rear portion of the waist, so that the motion inertia can be reduced, and the motion precision can be improved; and a patient has high flexibility and comfort in rehabilitation training through rope driving assemblies and rope adjusting and stabilizing mechanisms.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of medical devices for rehabilitation training of patients with motor dysfunction of lower limbs after orthopedic surgery of lower limbs, in particular to a wearable lower limb rehabilitation exoskeleton robot. Background technique [0002] Lower extremity rehabilitation training has become an urgent need for walking rehabilitation for patients with lower extremity orthopedic surgery, stroke, and lower extremity motor dysfunction. Rehabilitation training is mainly performed by medical staff or patients' family members for artificially assisted long-term exercise rehabilitation training to promote the maximum recovery of lower limb motor function and nervous system. Due to artificial assisted rehabilitation training, there are disadvantages such as heavy workload, low efficiency, high time and economic costs, and inconvenient activities for patients. With the help of wearable rehabilitation robots for the lo...
