Abstract

The invention relates to a synthesis method of a POSS-based membrane material with reversible color change and ultraviolet shielding functions, belonging to the technical field of synthesis of POSS-based materials. The method solves the problems that at present, materials with both thermochromism and ultraviolet shielding performance are few, and the application range of POSS is fixed. The method comprises the steps: dissolving POSS in water; adding a copper salt and a chromium salt into the POSS aqueous solution, and stirring at room temperature for 3 hours; and stirring at 20-40 DEG C for 1-24 hours, and volatilizing the solvent at 20-80 DEG C to obtain the POSS-based membrane material with reversible color change and ultraviolet shielding functions. The POSS-based membrane material with reversible color changing and ultraviolet shielding functions is synthesized for the first time, the POSS-based membrane material is changed from green to luminous yellow at 80 DEG C and is obvious in color changing, the membrane material almost has no ultraviolet transmittance at 200-400 nm, the ultraviolet transmittance is almost 0%, and the POSS-based membrane material can be used as an ultraviolet shielding material.
