Abstract

The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, diluting chlorantraniliprole raw medicine with deionized water, then adding polyvinyl alcohol and bovine serum albumin, and dissolving as a solid phase (S); diluting lambda-cyhalothrin with dichloromethane, adding polylactic acid, and dissolving to obtain an oil phase (O); diluting polyvinyl alcohol with deionized water to serve as an outer water phase (W); slowly pouring the solid phase S into an oil phase under high-speed shearing, shearing for one minute to form a water-in-oil primary emulsion, and carrying out ultrasonic emulsification on the obtained primary emulsion at certain power for three minutes to obtain a double-loading multiple emulsion system; and centrifuging for 10 minutes at a high speed of 10000 rpm for three times, discarding the supernate after each centrifugation, supplementing the same amount of deionized water for complete dispersion, and finally volatilizing at room temperature for 24 hours to obtain the double-loading pesticide nano microcapsule suspending agent.
