Embodiment 1

[0037] The present embodiment provides a specific assay method, comprising the following steps:

[0038] a. Sample dissolution: Take 0.5g of a clean and uniform sample and 0.04g of potassium thiocyanate, dissolve in 5mL of tetrahydrofuran, add 5mL of acetone after the sample is completely dissolved, mix well and let stand. (If the sample is in a powder state, it is necessary to ultrasonically and shake the solution while adding tetrahydrofuran, so as to prevent the rapid dissolution of the sample surface and cause agglomeration and reduce the dissolution rate.)

[0039] b. Cast film formation: After the filler basically settles, take the supernatant liquid and cast it into a film, and cast 5 copies of each sample in parallel.

[0040] c. Infrared measurement: carry out infrared measurement on 5 films, the measurement condition is 400-4000cm -1 , the number of scans is greater than 16, and the resolution is 4cm -1 .

[0041] d. Integral calculation: Use infrared software to ...

Abstract

The invention discloses an infrared spectroscopy method for measuring a content of polyvinyl chloride in a polyvinyl chloride pipe. The method comprises the following steps: (1) establishing a standard curve: mixing PVC and an internal standard substance according to different mass ratios, selecting at least five proportions for combination, then dissolving in a mixed solvent, respectively coating a potassium bromide sheet special for an infrared spectrometer with the solution, and measuring absorbance (A); calculating the absorbance of the internal standard substance and PVC in a specified wave number range by using integral software, calculating a ratio (A internal standard / APVC), and establishing a working curve by using the A internal standard / APVC and the mass ratio m internal standard / mPVC; and (2) detecting the actual sample: dissolving the actual sample and the internal standard substance in a mixed solvent, and determining the A internal standard substance / APVC by using a method same as that when the working curve is established; and substituting into the working curve to obtain m internal standard / m PVC, and thus obtaining the PVC content in the sample. By adding the internal standard substance, the mass fraction of PVC in the sample is quantitatively determined, the analysis range is wide, dependence on other components in the formula is avoided, the anti-interference capability is high, and the detection is rapid and efficient.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an infrared spectrum method for measuring polyvinyl chloride content in polyvinyl chloride pipes, belonging to the technical field of infrared spectrum quantitative detection. Background technique [0002] Rigid PVC material is a structural material widely used in production and life. The content of PVC in the material will significantly affect the strength, durability and other performance indicators of the product. It is an important factor determining the performance of pipes and fittings. PVC products are composed of various components, the main components are: PVC, heat stabilizer, lubricant, filler, etc. In order to save costs, too much calcium carbonate and other inorganic fillers are added to the product, resulting in low PVC content , will greatly reduce the physical and mechanical properties of the product, and at the same time have a negative impact on durability. [0003] At present, the national standard GB / T 2022...
