[0025] In a first aspect, the present invention provides a method for preparing crosslinked permanently crimped regenerated cellulose fibers, comprising the steps of:

[0026] Soaking and padding the fiber in the cross-linking bath;

[0027] Take out the soaked fibers, and dry the excess water, so that the moisture content of the fibers is 50-66%;

[0028] Put the fiber into the crimping machine to crimp the fiber;

[0029] The crimped fibers are cured by microwave heating;

[0030] Finally, the fibers are washed, oiled and dried to obtain the finished cross-linked permanent crimped regenerated cellulose fibers.

[0031] Moisture content indicates the percentage of moisture contained in the material to the weight of the wet material.

[0032] Curl is applied in the production process of regenerated cellulose fibers, that is, crimps are applied to undried and uncut regenerated cellulose fibers, and then catalyzed and solidified to finally obtain crosslinked permanently crimp...

Embodiment 1

[0061] Get quantitative undried Lyocell fiber (moisture content 55%), then the steps are as follows:

[0062] ⑴Prepare 8g / L cross-linking agent solution and stir at 35°C until the cross-linking agent is completely dissolved;

[0063] (2) Add NaOH to the cross-linking agent solution to adjust the pH=12 to obtain a cross-linking bath;

[0064] (3) Then soak the fiber into the crosslinking bath, the bath ratio is 5:1, soak for 5min, and pad 3 times;

[0065] ⑷Take out the fiber, squeeze the excess water dry, the moisture content of the fiber is 60%;

[0066] ⑸The fiber enters the crimping machine, and by adjusting the pressure and back pressure of the crimping roller, the number of fiber crimps is 8-10 crimps per centimeter.

[0067] ⑹ Microwave at 700W power for 4 minutes, then keep warm at 110°C for 5 minutes;

[0068] ⑺Wash the fiber with water to neutral until it is clean, then oil it and dry it to get the finished cross-linked permanent curly Lyocell fiber.

Embodiment 2

[0071] Get quantitative undried Lyocell fiber (moisture content 55%), then the steps are as follows:

[0072] (1) Prepare a 6g / L cross-linking agent solution, and stir at a constant temperature at 30°C until the cross-linking agent is completely dissolved;

[0073] (2) Add NaOH to the cross-linking agent solution to adjust the pH=12 to obtain a cross-linking bath;

[0074] (3) Then soak the fiber into the crosslinking bath, the bath ratio is 5:1, soak for 5min, and pad 3 times;

[0075] ⑷Take out the fiber, squeeze the excess water dry, the moisture content of the fiber is 60%;

[0076] ⑸The fiber enters the crimping machine, and by adjusting the pressure and back pressure of the crimping roller, the number of fiber crimps is 8-10 crimps per centimeter.

[0077] ⑹ Microwave at 400W power for 5 minutes, then dry and solidify at 110°C;

Abstract

The invention discloses a cross-linked permanently-crimped regenerated cellulose fiber as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of soaking and padding fibers in a crosslinking bath solution; taking out the soaked fibers, and pressing redundant water to be dry, so that the water content of the fibers is 50-66%; putting the fibers into a crimping machine, and crimping the fibers; enabling the curled fibers to be subjected to microwave heating curing; and finally, washing, oiling and drying the fibers to obtain a finished product of the cross-linked permanently-crimped regenerated cellulose fiber. According to the cross-linked permanently-crimped regenerated cellulose fiber obtained by the preparation method disclosed by the invention, the regenerated cellulose fiber with permanent crimp is obtained through processes such as mechanical crimp and the like while the physical properties of the regenerated cellulose fiber are not changed basically.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of regenerated cellulose fiber preparation, and in particular relates to a crosslinked permanently crimped regenerated cellulose fiber and its preparation method and application. Background technique [0002] The information disclosed in this background section is only intended to increase the understanding of the general background of the present invention, and is not necessarily taken as an acknowledgment or any form of suggestion that the information constitutes the prior art already known to those skilled in the art. [0003] Cellulose fiber is widely loved by people because of its good properties such as warmth retention, moisture absorption, and breathability. Moreover, cellulose fiber has long been an important textile raw material due to its renewable and waste-degradable properties. With the development of society, although polyester fiber has replaced some of its functions to a certain extent, cel...
