Problems solved by technology

However, simply using biochar to treat acidified soil is costly and cannot replenish a large amount of alkaline (basic) ions leached from the soil; the use of quicklime for improvement will easily cause soil compaction, reduce organic matter content, and bring more negative impacts. The simple mixing of biochar and quicklime cannot compensate for the potential negative effects such as soil compaction and element balance imbalance caused by the large release of calcium salts, which greatly limits the application of biochar and quicklime in acidified soil improvement

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing calcium-based biochar. The calcium-based biochar is mixed with agricultural and forestry waste and calcium hydroxide in proportion and then ball-milled, and the biomass is ball-milled while utilizing the strong alkalinity of calcium hydroxide. A hydrolysis reaction occurs while crushing, in which the hydrolyzed product undergoes a complex reaction with calcium ions to form a three-dimensional precursor, and then carbonized at a high temperature of 600-1000°C to obtain calcium-based biochar. The calcium-based biochar utilized in the present invention uses agricultural and forestry waste, calcium hydroxide and ball milling techniques to prepare practically utilizable calcium-based biochar, which is used to treat farmland acidified soil and has broad application prospects.

Description

[0001] Application field [0002] The invention relates to the technical field of soil improvement, in particular to a calcium-based biochar for acidified soil improvement and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0003] Soil is one of the essential conditions for the growth of crops, and fertile soil can promote the healthy growth of crops. With the increase in market demand, long-season cultivation and off-season cultivation lead to excessive consumption of soil, and at the same time, the erosion of rainwater and the irrigation method of flood irrigation lead to a large loss of alkaline bases such as calcium and magnesium in the soil. Excessive application of nitrogen fertilizers is the main cause of soil acidification. After acidification of cultivated soil, the soil structure was destroyed, Ca 2+ , Mg 2+ The leaching of alkaline (basic) ions is serious, the physical properties are deteriorated, the soil aggregates are reduced, and most of them form blocky...
