[0150] The method for preparing the silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive composition of the present invention is not particularly limited, and is performed by uniformly mixing the respective components. If necessary, a small amount of organic solvent can be added within the above-mentioned amount range, and it can be prepared by mixing at a temperature of 0 to 200° C. using a known stirrer or kneader.

[0151] The organopolysiloxane composition of the present invention is applied on a substrate to form a coating film, and heated at a temperature of 80 to 200°C, preferably at a temperature of 90 to 190°C, thereby producing a cured product. . As the coating method, gravure coating (gravure coat), offset coating (offset coat), indirect gravure (offset gravure), roll coating, reverse roll coating, air knife coating, curtain coating and comma knife coating can be exemplified cloth.

Abstract

Provided are: a pressure-sensitive silicone adhesive composition which has a viscosity that renders the composition applicable even when containing substantially no solvent, and which has excellent curability and forms pressure-sensitive adhesive layers having satisfactory adhesive properties; and a use of the pressure-sensitive silicone adhesive composition. The present invention provides a pressure-sensitive silicone adhesive composition which comprises (A) a chain organopolysiloxane that includes a group containing an aliphatic unsaturated carbon-carbon bond and has a degree of siloxane polymerization in the range of 5-250, (B) a linear organohydrogenpolysiloxane having silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms only at both terminals of the molecular chain, (C) an organopolysiloxane resin, and (D) an organohydrogenpolysiloxane having at least three silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms in the molecule, wherein the ratio of SiH / Vi to the SiH groups contained in the (B) ingredient is in the range of 0.90-1.30, and the ratio of SiH / Vi to the SiH groups contained in the sum of the (B) ingredient and the (D) ingredient is in the range of 0.95-1.35. The pressure-sensitive silicone adhesive composition has a viscosity in the range of 1,000-300,000 mPa*s and an organic-solvent content less than 20 mass% of the whole composition.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive composition. Furthermore, the present invention relates to uses of an adhesive layer or an elastic adhesive member obtained by curing the composition, a laminate including the adhesive layer obtained by curing the composition, and the like. Background technique [0002] Compared with acrylic and rubber-based pressure-sensitive adhesive compositions, polysiloxane-based pressure-sensitive adhesive compositions are superior in electrical insulation, heat resistance, cold resistance, and adhesion to various adherends. Excellent, so it is used for heat-resistant adhesive tape, electrical insulation adhesive tape, heat-sealing tape, plating masking tape, etc. These polysiloxane-based pressure-sensitive adhesive compositions are classified into an additional reaction-curable type, a condensation reaction-curable type, a peroxide-curable type, and the like according to the curing mechanism.
