Abstract

The preparation method of the micro-swelling type biocompatible membrane comprises the following steps of synthesizing a copolymer containing a skeleton and a hydrophilic group; introduction of a biocompatibility function; preparation of a biocompatibility film solution; and coating of a biocompatibility film. According to the method, glucose can be effectively regulated and controlled, and high biocompatibility (service life) is realized, so sensitivity, accuracy, reproducibility, stability, specificity and the anti-interference capability of dynamic detection of the glucose biosensor are improved, the service life of a dynamic glucometer is prolonged, and cost of the glucose biosensor is greatly reduced.
