According to the method, the source party and the target party respectively create the local XML modes according to the relation modes, heterogeneous database exchange of the data is carried out between the two XML modes, the conversion process between the relation data and the XML data is separated from the data process for eliminating heterogeneous conflicts between the two XML modes, and the implementation difficulty can be reduced; and moreover, since the source party and the destination party customize the XML mode for data exchange, the two exchange parties are fully loosened, and the flexibility and reusability of data exchange are effectively improved.
