Embodiment 1

[0046] Embodiment 1 We pick about 100kg of fruit (wet) of Myrtle in Ganzhou City, Jiangxi Province, China, dry it with a small drying machine and place it in the sun for three days to dry repeatedly, get 35kg of dried myrtle fruit, use a small Pulverizer pulverized to obtain coarse powder, and then extracted four times with 95% ethanol (75L), the first three times were 12 hours, and the last time was 24 hours. Then extract with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butanol to obtain petroleum ether extract (441.6 g), ethyl acetate extract, n-butanol extract and water extract.

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of natural organic chemistry, provides rapid preparation and application of phloroglucinol derivatives, and particularly relates to rapid preparation and application of phloroglucinol derivatives in rhodomyrtus tomentosa fruit. The method is characterized by comprising the following steps: extracting crushed rhodomyrtus tomentosa fruit with ethanol to obtain an n-hexane part extract, an ethyl acetate part extract, an n-butanol part extract and a water part extract, detecting through some means todetermine the part enriched with phloroglucinol as the n-hexane part, carrying out gradient elution on the n-hexane part through a silica gel column, detecting the obtained component to determine thephloroglucinol-enrichedpart, and separating, so that phloroglucinol derivatives can be rapidly separated, and seven phloroglucinol derivatives can be separated from a small component where phloroglucinol is enriched. According to the invention, it is first found that the rhodomyrtus tomentosa fruit extract contains phloroglucinol derivatives and has anti-S.aureus (gram-positive bacteria) activity so as to provide new safe plants and natural compounds for preparing and treating MASA and provide powerful technical support for preparing anti-MASA drugs or pharmaceutical compositions; and the invention provides the method for rapidly preparing and separating the phloroglucinol derivative, so that the separation efficiency is greatly improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the rapid preparation and application of phloroglucinol derivatives, in particular to the rapid preparation and application of phloroglucinol derivatives of myrtle. Background technique [0002] There are about 18 species of Rhodomyrtus in the Myrtaceae family, mainly distributed in tropical Asia and Oceania. There is only one species of Rhodomyrtus tomentosa (Ait) Hassk in my country. Myrtle likes humid and hot climates and is native to southern and southeastern Asia, distributed in India, eastern to southern China, the Philippines, and southern to Malaysia and Sulawesi. Myrtle is often used as a Chinese herbal medicine to treat or prevent diseases in Chinese folk, especially in southern regions. As early as the Tang Dynasty, people found that it has good medicinal value, and it is also included in the "Compendium of Materia Medica". In 1765 AD, Zhao Xuemin's book "Supplement to Compendium of Materia Medica" recorded in the ...
