Embodiment 1

[0054] see Figure 1 to Figure 6 , the present embodiment provides a kind of preparation method of ITO conductive carbon paste working electrode, such as figure 1 shown, including the following steps:

[0055] S10, sequentially cutting, cleaning and drying the entire piece of TIO glass to obtain an electrode conductive substrate;

[0056] S20, mixing and shaking the conductive carbon paste and diluent in a ratio of 1:7 for 5±1min to obtain a uniform conductive carbon paste dispersion;

[0057] S30. Take the conductive carbon paste dispersion in step S20 and add it dropwise on the conductive substrate of the electrode in step S10, dry at room temperature, use porous tape to limit the detection area, and obtain a working electrode.

[0058] The ITO conductive glass in step S10 is 1.1mm thick, 10Ω ITO conductive glass. The cleaning is ultrasonic cleaning with acetone, ethanol, and double distilled water for 5 min in sequence.

[0059] The ratio of the conductive carbon paste ...

Abstract

The invention provides an electrochemical sensor for detecting distribution of indoleacetic acid and salicylic acid in tomatoes as well as a preparation method and a detection method of the electrochemical sensor. The electrochemical sensor consists of a working electrode, a reference electrode and a counter electrode. According to the preparation method, a working electrode is an ITO conductive carbon paste working electrode, a reference electrode is an Ag wire or an AgCl wire, a counter electrode is a Pt wire, and the reference electrode and the counter electrode are arranged in a plastic clamp. The detection method comprises the steps: thoroughly cleaning the working electrode with double distilled water, dropping 20.0 [mu]L of IAA or SA standard solution on filter paper for detection, taking a part of tomato fruits on the surface of the electrode, covering a sample with circular filter paper, dropping 20 [mu]L of LPBS on the filter paper to dilute a fruit sample, and obtaining the distribution of IAA and SA in immature and mature tomatoes. The method has the beneficial effects that the ITO glass is used for preparing the working electrode, so that the cost of preparing the working electrode from glassy carbon, platinum and silver is greatly reduced.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of electrode preparation, in particular to an electrochemical sensor for detecting the distribution of indole acetic acid and salicylic acid in tomato, a preparation method and a detection method thereof. Background technique [0002] Phytohormones are active substances that are synthesized by plants themselves and can regulate plant physiological responses. They play a vital role in the development of plant seeds and surrounding tissues, including fruiting, growth and maturation. Determination of hormone levels in plants helps to elucidate the signal transduction mechanism, immune function and dynamics of plant hormones. Therefore, it is of great significance to realize the in situ detection of plant hormones, such as indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) and salicylic acid (SA). However, physical markers alone may not be sufficient to characterize the maturation process, which is actually a process involving changes...
