Problems solved by technology

[0002] In previous studies, the transmission device of mycelial network mediating immune signals between plants is mainly the isolation between plants through nylon mesh, and the donor and recipient are planted in the same substrate pot, which will increase the root interaction between plants. Contact area, which makes it difficult to control the flow of root exudates between plants, affects the accuracy of mycelial network-mediated immune signaling between plants

Embodiment 1

[0027] A method for constructing a hyphal network to transduce immune signals between plants, comprising the steps of:

[0028] S1, Multiplication substrate preparation

[0029] Put the organic fertilizer and sand into the matrix basin at a ratio of 1:3, mix them evenly and then sterilize them; adjust the organic matter to acidic soil quality;

[0030] The sterilization method is that the mixed matrix of organic fertilizer and sand is sterilized under high pressure at 121°C for 30 minutes. The measured pH of the prepared multiplication substrate is 6-6.5.

[0031] Preparation of organic fertilizer: Mix plant ash, vermiculite, perlite, and humus evenly in a volume ratio of 1:1:1:1, and mix the prepared organic fertilizer and sand evenly in a volume ratio of 3:1.

[0032] S2, strain propagation

[0033] The crop for the propagation of the strain is corn. Spread 20g of Glomus mosesi strain on a 1.5kg sterilized substrate, plant 4 strains of sterilized corn, irrigate with steri...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for constructing a hypha network hypha network for transduction of immune signals among plants. The method comprises the following steps that a corn root system colonized by glomus mosseae is cut into pieces, the corn root system is uniformly mixed with a substrate, the corn root system is cultivated near a cultivated plant root system of potted tobacco for 40 days, and then the corn root system is treated; a donor and a receptor are transplanted into sterilized matrix soil, the donor and the receptor are cultivated together with the cultivated plant with the overground part removed for 40 days, so that the donor plant and the receptor plant establish a hypha network with the cultivated plant along with root growth, and signal exchange is carried out through the hypha network among the root systems of the cultivated plant in the center; and after the donor and the receptor are cultivated for 40 days, methyl jasmonate (MeJA) is sprayed on the donor plant, and a nutrient solution is irrigated once a week in order to prevent root exudates from flowing. According to the invention, the donor plants and the receptor plant are planted in different substrate pots, root contact between the plants is controlled as much as possible, the watering amount of each pot of plants is controlled, and flowing of root exudates is prevented.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of plant cultivation, in particular to a method for constructing a mycelium network to transduce immune signals among plants. Background technique [0002] In previous studies, the transmission device of mycelial network mediating immune signals between plants is mainly the isolation between plants through nylon mesh, and the donor and recipient are planted in the same substrate pot, which will increase the root interaction between plants. The contact area, which makes it difficult to control the flow of root exudates between plants, affects the accuracy of mycelial network-mediated immune signaling between plants. And how to control the root system between plants without contact and prevent the flow of root exudates has become the key to ensure the accuracy of the results. Contents of the invention [0003] In view of the above problems, the present invention provides a method for constructing a hyphal n...
