Abstract

The invention discloses a low-vibration integrated dual-drive Stirling cryocooler supported by a plate spring. The cryocooler comprises a shock absorber, a compressor, an expansion machine and a hot end heat exchanger. The expansion machine, the compressor and the shock absorber are arranged on the same shaft, and an expansion piston shaft penetrates through a compression piston middle hole to be connected with an expansion machine plate spring and an expansion machine motor. A compressor motor and the expansion machine motor are both moving coil type linear motors, and compared with a moving magnet type linear motor, the radial vibration is small. A compression piston and an expansion piston adopt gas bearings in respective cylinders, and roots of the compression piston and an expansion piston shaft are supported by the single-side plate spring so as to provide restoring force. The shock absorber is installed at the rear portion of the expansion machine, and axial vibration is reduced. The expansion piston and the compression piston are both connected with a displacement sensor, active control is conducted on the phase of the expansion piston relative to the compression piston through the expansion machine motor, and efficient operation of the cryocooler is kept. The cryocooler has the characteristics of a compact structure, small vibration and high efficiency.
