Abstract

The invention provides a robot automatic welding process method. The robot automatic welding process method comprises the steps that the welding butt joint end of a pipe is machined into a composite V-shaped groove; pipe orifice assembly is carried out on the pipe; the welding butt joint end of the pipe is subjected to tack welding through argon arc welding; the welding butt joint end of the pipe is divided into a plurality of welding intervals, and welding parameters of the different welding intervals are correspondingly configured for the welding robot according to the welding attributes of the multiple welding intervals; and according to the welding parameters of the different welding intervals, fusible solid welding wires, pulse current and gas metal arc welding are adopted for performing automatic backing welding, filling welding and cosmetic welding on the different welding intervals of the pipe. By means of the technical scheme of the robot automatic welding process method, full-automatic welding of the welding robot can be achieved under the severe working conditions such as low temperature and high load with the high weld joint impact toughness requirement, and the welding automation rate, quality and efficiency are improved.
