Abstract

The method comprises the steps: coating the surface of an anode plate with a metal oxide coating; polishing the metal oxide coating in the preset connection area on the anode plate until the substrate material layer of the anode plate is exposed; and welding an anode wiring terminal on the exposed substrate material layer. The surface of the anode plate is coated with the metal oxide coating, so that charge leakage of the anode plate is avoided, and the conductivity and catalytic activity of the anode plate are ensured. The metal oxide coating in the preset connection area on the anode plate is polished until the substrate material layer of the anode plate is exposed, and the anode wiring terminal is welded to the exposed substrate material layer, and the cathode wiring terminal is welded on the cathode plate.
