According to the method, the high-boiling-point substance separation module and the low-boiling-point substance separation module are adopted, the chemical oxygen demand (COD) and the content of various pollutants in evaporation condensate are reduced by controlling the evaporation temperature and separation parameters, heavy-component pollutants in the acrylonitrile waste liquid are left in high-boiling-point components, and the purpose of reducing the acrylonitrile waste liquid is achieved. Through the high-boiling-point component treatment device and the oil phase separation device, the combustibility of high-boiling-point components is improved, available resources are recycled, and the incineration cost is reduced.
