Abstract

The invention discloses a micro-fluidic chip for nucleic acid purification and a nucleic acid purification method. The micro-fluidic chip comprises an interface layer, a functional layer and a sealing layer, and the interface layer, the functional layer and the sealing layer are packaged into a whole from bottom to top to form the micro-fluidic chip; a first inlet, a second inlet and a discharge port are formed in the interface layer; a reactant is introduced through the first inlet, and a sample is introduced through the second inlet; a bubble capture module, a nucleic acid enrichment and purification module and a micro-channel are formed on the functional layer; and the combination capture, washing, elution and nucleic acid recovery in nucleic acid purification are realized by controlling the types and sequences of reaction reagents and samples flowing through the bubble capture module and the nucleic acid enrichment and purification module from the first inlet and the second inlet.
