The transmitting assembly comprises a plurality of laser light sources, and a wavelength division multiplexer, an acousto-optic modulator, an optical amplifier and an optical fiber coupler which are sequentially arranged on an optical path of initial light waves transmitted by the laser light sources. The transmitting assembly is used for transmitting and outputting the light waves to the wave detector. The receiving assembly comprises an optical attenuator, a wavelength division demultiplexer, a photoelectric detector and a modulation-demodulation circuit which are sequentially arranged on an optical path, and the receiving assembly is used for receiving multiple beams of signal light output by the detector and converting the multiple beams of signal light into corresponding electric signals. The communication circuit is in communication connection with the transmitting assembly, the receiving assembly and the GPS time service device, the communication circuit receives and demodulates the electric signals to obtain data, and time marks are marked for the data through the GPS time service device to obtain seismic data. The transmitting assembly, the receiving assembly and the communication circuit are integrated in the case.
