The preparation method comprises the following steps: respectively weighing the high-density rubber particles, the cement, the mineral powder, the sand, the broken stones, the water reducing agent and the mixing water according to a set mixing ratio, putting the materials into a concrete mixer, and uniformly mixing to obtain the high-density rubber concrete.
