Abstract

The invention discloses a method for optimizing compatibility of a sodium alginate / carrageenan composite film by using a response surface method. The method comprises the following steps: preparing the sodium alginate / carrageenan composite film by using sodium alginate and carrageenan as a composite matrix, nanocellulose as a reinforcer and glycerol as a plasticizer; carrying out a single factor test on the ratio of sodium alginate to carrageenan, the content of glycerol and the ratio of nanocellulose to a matrix, and testing each performance of the synthesized composite film; according to a single factor experiment result, a response surface method is adopted for experiment design, the proportion of sodium alginate to carrageenan, the content of glycerin and the proportion of nanocellulose in a matrix serve as independent variables, all properties of the composite film serve as response values, and a multivariate quadratic regression equation is established; and drawing according to a multivariate quadratic regression equation, analyzing the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable to obtain a response surface diagram of the regression equation, and determining the optimal ratio of the composite film preparation.
