The method comprises the following steps: firstly, obtaining alpha-lactalbumin and beta-lactoglobulin in whey protein, and 7S glycinin and 11S glycinin in soy isolate protein; and secondly, firstly adding a zinc sulfate solution into a beta-lactoglobulin and 7S glycinin solution according to a certain mass fraction, then adding alpha-lactalbumin and a 11S glycinin solution, slowly stirring at 4 DEG C, adding cane sugar, lactic acid, rose essence and ethylparaben, and adding purified water to make up 100 mL. Dropwise adding a dilute sodium hydroxide solution to adjust the pH value to 7.0, slowly and uniformly stirring, sterilizing, and filling into a 8mL oral liquid bottle.
