Problems solved by technology

[0003] At present, there are no general treatment measures and related rehabilitation equipment for the early swallowing function of very low birth weight premature infants in clinical practice. Generally, one-on-one guided training is adopted, and the routine early swallowing function training usually starts during the patient's hospitalization. The main training methods include: mouth opening training, lip training, tongue training, vocalization training and ice stimulation, etc., which are poorly targeted and cannot be targeted according to individual differences, resulting in prolonged recovery periods and poor therapeutic effects

Abstract

The invention discloses an early-stage swallowing function evaluation and training device for an extremely-low-weight premature infant. The early-stage swallowing function evaluation and training device comprises a body group, an electrical stimulation module, a buccal muscle group training module and a tongue muscle group training module. The electrical stimulation module is arranged, and a conventional dysphagia training mode is combined, so that stimulation on motor neurons can be enhanced, central nervous is enabled to perform self-recombination and repair to the greatest extent, improvement of coordination of swallowing muscle movement is facilitated, related motor neurons and lesion nerve endings are promoted to form a new conduction path, and the dysphagia training effect is improved. By means of the cheek muscle group training module and the tongue muscle group training module, training can be conducted on swallowing related muscle groups such as the oral cavity and the tongue of the patient, coordination among the muscle groups is improved, a proper training scheme can be designed according to the actual situation of the patient, pertinence is high, adjustability is high, and the training device is suitable for popularization and application. The recovery period of the swallowing function of the patient is shortened, and the recovery effect is improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of swallowing function training, in particular to an early swallowing function evaluation and training device for very low-weight premature infants. Background technique [0002] Dysphagia refers to the main clinical manifestations of drinking water, choking, food reflux, dysphagia, and food residue in the mouth. WHO has included swallowing disorders in the 10th edition of the International Classification of Diseases and the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health. The timing theory was proposed by Canadian scholar Cameron in 2008 based on clinical research and literature review. The theory emphasizes that the nursing needs of patients change over time, and divides the disease process into five different stages, namely the diagnosis stage, the stable disease stage, and the Discharge preparation period, adjustment period and adaptation period, each stage revolves around information (disease-...
