The circularly polarized antenna adopts a linearly polarized horn for feeding; the reflection array comprises a plurality of reflection units; each reflection unit comprises a metal patch, a dielectric substrate and a metal floor, the metal patch is printed on the upper surface of the dielectric substrate, and the lower surface of the dielectric substrate is connected with the metal floor; the metal patches are a pair of rectangular structures which are orthogonally placed and engraved with L-shaped grooves, and a certain width is reserved between the L-shaped grooves and the edges of the rectangular patches.
