Abstract

The invention discloses a staphylococcus aureus New Zealand white rabbit bone infection animal model construction method. The method comprises the following steps: a, selecting a New Zealand white rabbit; b, selecting a titanium alloy screw, and pretreating the titanium alloy screw; c, a longitudinal incision with the length of 1 cm is formed in the position, 2 cm away from the inner side below the left knee joint, of the New Zealand white rabbit, and bone cortex is cut open layer by layer; d, a drill bit with the diameter being 2 mm is selected, a hole is formed in the bone cortex, the titanium alloy screw polluted by the staphylococcus aureus is implanted into the bone tunnel, incisions are sutured layer by layer, and sterile binding is conducted; e, CT iconography data are obtained, and the conditions of bone destruction, soft tissue swelling and the like around the titanium alloy screw are observed; and f, taking out the screw, carrying out scanning electron microscope detection, and carrying out histopathologic staining.
