Embodiment 1
[0022] Get 600 grams of 40% (weight) of silica sol, add 700 grams of water, 38.9 grams of sodium metaaluminate [Al 2 o 3 , 42% (weight)] and 2 grams of sodium hydroxide, after stirring, add 125 grams of hexamethyleneimine (HMI). The above mixture was aged at room temperature for 3 days, then raised to 138° C. for crystallization, and crystallized for 48 hours. Rinse with distilled water until neutral, and dry. X-ray powder diffraction showed (XRD) that the synthesized product was MCM-56. Wherein the above reaction mixture is in molar ratio: SiO 2 / Al 2 o 3 25,OH - / SiO 2 is 0.093, H 2 O / SiO 2 14.72, HMI / SiO 2 is 0.32. The obtained MCM-56 molecular sieve silicon aluminum molar ratio SiO 2 / Al 2 o 3 is 24.5, and the crystallinity of MCM-56 molecular sieve is 100%.
