[0039] The present invention uses helium to purify process equipment (such as atomization tower and melting chamber) before introducing argon. Use membranes and molecular sieves to remove air, methane and other impurities from helium. Through the combined use of standard PSA / membrane, the gas purity in the process equipment can achieve the above impurity less than 5ppm. The PSA / membrane helium recovery system is capable of removing percentage quantities of oxygen and nitrogen. When the helium gas reaches the required purity, the argon can simply replace the helium in the process equipment.
