example 1

[0007] Example 1. Select the attapulgite (main component is SiO2) produced in Jiangsu for use 2 55%, AL 2 o 3 10%, etc.) 20g, put into 25ml concentration and be 45% zirconium oxychloride solution, use content as 1mol L -1 Adjust the pH to 10.5 with NaOH solution to obtain a precipitate, filter the precipitate, evaporate the water in it, transfer it to a muffle furnace and burn it at 280°C for 2 hours to obtain a granular adsorbent.

[0008] Put the above 0.2g adsorbent into 30ml with a concentration of 150mg L -1 The phosphorus-containing simulated water has a pH value equal to 5.6. After adsorption at room temperature for 8 hours, the maximum adsorption capacity is 34.5 mg g -1 .

example 2

[0009] Example 2. select powdery wollastonite 25g for use, join 20ml concentration and be in the magnesium chloride of 50% and aluminum trichloride aqueous solution, use 1.2mol L -1 The NaOH solution adjusts its pH to around 11. A white precipitate was obtained, and the precipitate was filtered out and transferred to a muffle furnace with dynamic temperature regulation, and burned at 200°C to 300°C for 2.0 to 3.0 hours. Adsorbents with different particle sizes can be obtained.

[0010] Put the above 0.1g adsorbent into 50ml with a concentration of 10-15mol / L -1 Adsorbed in urban domestic sewage, the phosphorus content in the water dropped to 1-2 mg·L after 8 hours -1 .

example 3

[0011] Example 3. select the attapulgite (main component is SiO2) produced in Jiangsu for use 2 55%, AL 2 o 3 10%, etc.) 20g, put into 25ml concentration and be 45% zirconium oxychloride solution, use content as 1mol L -1 The NaOH solution adjusted its pH to 10.5 to obtain a precipitate, and then put the precipitate into a household pressure cooker for hydrothermal treatment for 60 minutes, dried at 80°C, and then transferred to a microwave oven for 10 minutes at a power of 10kw. Adsorbents with different particle sizes can be obtained.

[0012] Put the above 0.2g adsorbent into 50ml with a concentration of 150mg L -1 The phosphorus-containing simulated water has a pH value equal to 5.6. After adsorption at room temperature for 8 hours, the maximum adsorption capacity is 33.5 mg·g -1 .

Abstract

The preparation process of phosphate radical adsorber features that powdered inorganic mineral soil containing silica, magnesia, alumina and ferric oxide is made to mix with water solution of oxychloride capable of hydrolyzing to obtain white or brown precipitate, and the precipitate is further high temperature treated to obtain the porous granular adsorber. The porous granular adsorber has great amount of hydroxyl radicals in the surface and can produce exchange reaction with phosphate radical in water to eliminate phosphate radical, so that it may be used in the purification of phosphate containing water and the treatment of phosphate containing sewage. The adsorber has low cost, easy-to-obtain material, great adsorption capacity, high selectivity, simple operation acid and alkali resistance, radiation resistance and simple regeneration, and the concentrated phosphate radical may be used in producing fertilizer or for agricultural production directly.

Description

【Technical field】 [0001] The invention relates to the field of water body purification, in particular to a preparation method of a novel phosphate adsorbent for removing phosphorus by an adsorption method. 【Background technique】 [0002] The eutrophication of water bodies has become a worldwide concern. Phosphorus is one of the main elements that cause eutrophication of water bodies. Phosphorus is generally expressed as PO in water. 4 3- , HPO 4 2- , H 2 PO 4 - It exists in the form of phosphorus, which is necessary for the growth of algae and plankton in the water body. Excessive phosphorus will cause a large number of aquatic organisms in the water to reproduce and die, leading to deterioration of water quality, and even causing "red tides", destroying the ecological balance of the water system. In the prior art, people usually use chemical or biochemical methods to remove phosphorus in water. The former has higher phosphorus removal efficiency, but produces more sl...
