This style of shelter employs barbed wire (20) and earthbags (10) filled with earthen material to form rows, or courses (8), into the walls and roof of a durable shelter (7) for displaced persons. The preferred embodiment of the kit (15) envisions the shelter (7) as a lancet dome with a 12 foot diameter interior and arched openings for a doorway and windows.
