Range of the red deer (Cervus elaphus): reconstructed recent. The red deer (Cervus elaphus) is one of the largest deer species. The red deer inhabits most of Europe, the Caucasus Mountains region, Asia Minor, Iran, parts of western Asia, and central Asia.

Digital PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction) kit for identifying deer-derived components and detection method

The invention provides a qualitative and quantitative detection method for deer-derived components and a corresponding kit. According to the qualitative detection method and the kit, universal primers and probes of sika deer and red deer are designed by taking a mitochondrial gene as a target aiming at the sika deer and red deer with the most medicinal value, and the probes are high in specificity and have no cross reaction with other common meat. The method for identifying the deer-derived components with high sensitivity is established, and true and false identification of the deer-derived components in the functional food is realized. The detection method is accurate and efficient, the total detection time can be controlled within 2 hours, and the sensitivity reaches the pictogram level. According to the quantitative detection method and the kit, quadruple digital PCR primers and probes are designed by taking a single copy gene as a target aiming at four components of sika deer, red deer, reindeer and muntiacus criniacus, and the four sets of primers and probes are good in specificity and free of cross reaction. According to the method, four sibling species of cervidae can be identified simultaneously, the content of target deer species in a mixed sample can be measured and calculated, deer-derived component adulteration discrimination is realized, and the limit of quantitation can reach 0.1%.

InDel marker for identifying species of sika deer and red deer, primer group and application thereof

The invention is applicable to the technical field of molecular biology, and provides an InDel marker and a primer group for identifying species of sika deer and red deer and application of the InDel marker and the primer group, the InDel marker is located at a 6116106 site of a fifth chromosome NC057819.1 of the red deer, 120bp of a DNA sequence shown in a sequence table SEQ ID NO: 1 is deleted at the site, and the DNA sequence exists in the sika deer. The invention also provides a primer group for identifying species of sika deer and red deer. The primer group comprises an upstream primer and a downstream primer which are designed aiming at the InDel marker. Based on high-throughput whole genome data of the sika deer and the red deer, the interspecific InDel marker is screened, a corresponding genetic typing technology is established, a technical system which is efficient in detection, low in cost and suitable for large-scale sample screening is constructed, accurate identification of the sika deer, the red deer and interspecific hybrid individuals can be achieved, and better application value is achieved.

Method for screening cervus elaphus linnaeus bone peptide and application of the peptide

The application discloses a method for screening sika deer bone peptide segments and application of the peptide segments, and belongs to the technical field of peptide screening and application. According to the screening method, sika deer cancellous bone samples in five different development periods, i.e., an initial stage of tray shedding, a two-culm early stage, a two-culm stage, a four-culm stage and a complete ossification stage, are collected respectively; the sika deer cancellous bone samples in the five different development periods are mechanically broken respectively, protein extraction is carried out by using a lysis buffer, the extracted protein samples in the five different development periods are subjected to enzyme cutting treatment respectively, five peptide segment samples in the five different development periods are obtained, liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry is used for peptide segment separation and identification, six common difference peptide segments in comparative development periods are obtained, and specific difference peptide segments conforming to the periodic osteoporosis phenomenon of sika deer are screened out. According to the screening method, sika deer bone active peptides for treating osteoporosis can be obtained, and bone formation can be promoted and bone resorption can be inhibited.

Two peptide fragments from cervus elaphus and application thereof in promoting wound healing

The application discloses two peptide segments derived from Cervus elaphus Linnaeus and application of the two peptide segments in promoting wound healing. Amino acid sequences of the two peptide segments are Gly-Ser-Phe-Pro-Trp-Gln-Ala-Lys (SEQ ID NO:1) and His-Ser-Trp-Ala-Val-Pro-Ser-Leu (SEQ ID NO:2) respectively. In-vitro experiments show that the two peptide segments can significantly promote proliferation and migration of human umbilical vein endothelial cells and mouse skin fibroblasts; in-vivo mouse acute wound model experiments prove that the two peptide segments can effectively accelerate the healing process of mouse acute wounds, have excellent biological activity of promoting acute skin wound healing, and have a good application prospect in development of drugs and functional products related to wound repair.
