The invention discloses a method for improving upper 
eyelid depression by combining a 
double eyelid surgery with a 
pedicel turn 
muscle flap. The method comprises the following steps: S1, sleeving a 3D printed 
human head with simulated 
dermis, slightly closing two eyes of the head, slightly pulling the upper 
eyelid skin upwards, and drawing a 
double eyelid marking line; S2, 
cutting the simulated 
skin along the 
double eyelid line, lifting the simulated 
skin at the lower edge of the incision by using 
tweezers, performing subcutaneous sharp separation by using ophthalmologic scissors to reach a position 1-2mm away from the 
eyelid edge, separating a position 2mm away from the eyelid edge on the anterior 
fascia of the lower meibomian of the orbicular orbicular 
muscle by using an electrotome, and separating the orbicular orbicular 
muscle; S3, retracting the skin of the upper edge of the incision to open the orbital septum, wherein the orbital flap is sewn on the orbital septum, and 2-3 needles are fixed; inserting a 
nylon thread into the 
skin surface which is 1mm away from the 
cutting edge from the middle of the lower edge of the incision, penetrating and hanging the meibomian anterior 
fascia, and penetrating out of the simulated skin from the upper edge of the corresponding incision; and S4, enabling the height of the 
fascia before penetrating and hanging the tarsal plate to be consistent with the width of the designed double eyelid. By means of the method, 
autologous fat does not need to be damaged and extracted for filling, and a fat 
foreign matter is avoided.
