This invention relates to the field of novel tobacco equipment technology, and more particularly to a flexible pressing and fitting device for tobacco pipes. It includes a material introduction mechanism, a device body, and a
tobacco pipe steering and output structure. The material introduction mechanism consists of a
tobacco pipe hopper and a fitting hopper; the device body includes a
tobacco pipe conveying structure, a fitting conveying structure, and a combined conveying structure. The tobacco
pipe conveying structure is sequentially equipped with a connecting roller, a conveying roller, a flaring roller, and a transfer roller; the fitting conveying structure is sequentially equipped with a picking roller, a misalignment roller, a combining roller, and a second
cutting roller; the combined conveying structure is sequentially equipped with a combining roller, a pressing roller, and a transition roller; the tobacco
pipe steering and output structure is sequentially equipped with a receiving roller, a steering roller, a conveying roller, and an output roller. The flaring roller flares the tobacco
pipe inlet using a push rod, the pressing roller presses the fitting into the tobacco pipe using a push rod, and the picking roller is equipped with three disc cutters to
cut long strips of fitting into four segments. This device achieves automated flexible pressing and fitting of tobacco pipes and fittings, improving production efficiency and product quality.
