The application provides an antibacterial neural electrode based on a high-surface-potential zirconium oxide layer and a preparation method thereof. The electrode comprises, from bottom to top, a bottom zirconium oxide film layer, a first insulating layer, a metal layer, a second insulating layer, a top zirconium oxide film layer and an electrode modification layer. A distal end of the metal layer is partially exposed to form an electrode point, and the electrode modification layer covers the electrode point. The bottom zirconium oxide film layer and the top zirconium oxide film layer are subjected to high-surface-potential treatment and exhibit a positive surface potential in a physiological environment. The positive surface potential can destroy the cell membranes of bacteria with negative charges through electrostatic action after the neural electrode is implanted in vivo, and inhibit the formation of microglial cells and astrocytes. The damage to the membranes of mammalian cells (such as neurons) with neutral electricity is extremely small. The application realizes active antibacterial function through the high-surface-potential zirconium oxide film layer, ensures long-term effective contact between the electrode and neurons, and thus realizes high-quality, long-term stable electrophysiological recording and stimulation function of the neural electrode.

Water treatment sterilization apparatus and method

This invention discloses a water treatment sterilization device and method, comprising: a water treatment tank, a fixing frame on the lower side of the water treatment tank, and a controller on one side of the water treatment tank. The water treatment tank has a first inlet pipe and a first outlet pipe at its front and rear ends on its upper side, respectively. The water treatment tank contains one or more sets of ultraviolet (UV) germicidal lamps. Each UV germicidal lamp includes a lamp holder located at both ends, with a copper tube between the two lamp holders. An mounting tube, composed of two sets of mounting components, is fitted over the copper tube. The mounting tube has a regular polygonal cross-section, and each surface of the mounting components has an LED bead. A lamp cover is provided outside the mounting tube. Cooling systems are connected to both ends of the copper tube. This device achieves all-angle sterilization, has good irradiation effect, effectively improves sterilization efficiency, and the cooling system effectively dissipates heat from the UV germicidal lamps, preventing heat accumulation due to the increased number of LED beads and extending the product's lifespan.
