In the device of this invention, the bottom of the first-stage lime reaction column is connected with the raw material carbine through a Venturi sector. On the top of the raw material carbine is a quicklime inlet, and on the cone at the bottom of the raw material carbine is an air stream inlet. A water injector is fixed in the first-stage lime reaction column, whose upper outlet is connected with the inlet of the second-stage lime-slaking column.
