Embodiment 1

[0032] Embodiment 1, disposable holographic image embossing film thermal transfer adhesive and its preparation method:

[0033] Prepare liquids A, B, and C for later use, and mix them in proportion before use.

[0034] Liquid A: decolorized shellac alcohol saturated liquid

[0035] B solution: nitrocellulose acetone solution

[0036] Nitrocellulose: acetone = 4 g: 1 10 ml

[0037] Liquid C: 10% polyvinyl butyral alcohol liquid,

[0038] Raw material ratio of above each step is:

[0039] Decolorized shellac 25 g

[0040] Nitrocellulose 3 g

[0041] Polyvinyl butyral 0 g

[0042] Denatured alcohol 220ml

[0043] Acetone 130 ml.

[0044] For disposable holographic image embossing film:

[0045] Mix and stir for 10 to 15 minutes according to the following volume ratio, and it can be made into a yellow translucent liquid adhesive.

[0046] A: B: C: denatured alcohol = 25:20:1:5.

[0047] For common hot stamping materials:

[0048] Mix and stir for 10-15 minutes accordin...

Embodiment 2

[0051] Embodiment 2 is substantially the same as Embodiment 1, but has the following changes, and the ratio of raw materials in each step is:

[0052] Decolorized shellac 30 g

[0053] Nitrocellulose 5 g

[0054] Polyvinyl butyral 1 g

[0055] Denatured alcohol 210ml

[0056] Acetone 130 ml.

Embodiment 3

[0057] Embodiment 3, is substantially the same as embodiment 1, but following change is arranged, and each step raw material ratio is:

[0058] Decolorized shellac 30 g

[0059] Nitrocellulose 1 g

[0060] Polyvinyl butyral 0 g

[0061] 200ml denatured alcohol

[0062] Acetone 120 ml.

Abstract

Disposable hologram image imprinted film thermal transfer adhesive consists of 20 to 35 grams of decolouring shellac, 1 to 8 grams of lacquer, 0 to 3 grams of polyvinyl butyral, 200 to 300 milliliters of industrial alcohol and 120 to 140 milliliters of acetone. In a method for preparing the adhesive, saturated solution A is prepared by dissolving the decolouring shellac in alcohol; solution B is prepared with lacquer of 4 grams and acetone of 110 milliliters; alcoholic solution C of polyvinyl butyral of 10 percent is prepared; before use, solution A, solution B and solution C are mixed pro rata. The invention can transfer laser hologram images to low grade wrappings, thus getting the functions of forgery prevention and ornament of the wrappings. The solute of the adhesive which is a resin is solid at ordinary temperature and is not adhesive can be coated conveniently, and films can be enclosed together after being dried. The solute is adhesive at blocking temperature and can adhere quickly.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an adhesive, in particular to a heat-transfer adhesive for a disposable holographic image embossing film. The present invention will also provide the preparation method of this adhesive. Background technique [0002] With the popularization of holographic anti-counterfeiting technology in my country's printing and packaging industry, film-pressed holographic rainbow materials have been widely accepted as anti-counterfeiting and decoration. There is a strong awareness that transferring holographic embossed images to packaging materials is a very interesting work. However, it is difficult to solve this problem. The key is to find a hot-melt resin, which is solid at normal temperature and has no adhesion, so that the film can be circled together after coating and drying. It is sticky and glues quickly at hot stamping temperature. The hot-melt resin should also be effectively soluble in solvents for uniform coating on the film. ...
