Embodiment Construction

[0022] A. Weigh 2kg of jatropha seeds and dry them naturally (if possible, they can be dried in a dryer at 98 or 102 or 105°C for 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 hours). Make the moisture lower than 10% of the seed, remove the seed shell to obtain the seed kernel, weigh 1 kg of the seed kernel, crush it into a paste with a pulverizer, and put it in a container.

[0023] B. Pour 5~7kg of petroleum ether {60-90℃} into the container and mix evenly, put it into the ultrasonic instrument, and ultrasonically in the ultrasonic instrument for 25 or 28 or 30 or 35 minutes to dissolve the fatty oil into the solvent . Suction filter the fatty oil-containing solution into the solvent recovery container to recover the solvent, and pump the recovered solvent back into the ultrasonic instrument container.

[0024] C. Repeat the process in step B for 3 to 5 times; the fatty oil in Jatropha seeds is separated by sherwood oil.

[0025] D. Merge the fatty oil, the fatty oil is 450g-600g, put the residue in a...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for preparing an insecticide made from the plant of jatropha curcas, which comprises the steps: A. seeds of jatropha curcas are air dried and shelled to obtain the seed kernels which are smashed by a disintegrator to form paste and then put into a container; B. the seed kernels are mixed with the petroleum ether according to mass ratio in the container and put into an ultrasonic instrument for ultrasonic processing; C. the course of step B is repeatedly carried out, and the fatty oil in the seeds of the jatropha curcas is extracted by the petroleum ether; D. the fatty oil are amalgamated and the residues are left in the container and filtered by vacuum pump until being dried; E. the residue are mixed with methanol by mass ratio and put into the ultrasonic instrument; F. the course of step E is repeatedly carried out to obtain the methanol extracting solution; G. the extracting solution is mixed with water or alcohol to obtain the insecticide made from the plant of the jatropha curcas. The preparation method of the invention is simple and easy to operate and has good application effect; the insecticide has obvious insecticidal effect and can replace chemical insecticides.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to plant pesticides, more specifically to a method for preparing the pesticides extracted from Jatropha jatropha. This insecticide is mainly used for killing crop pests. Background technique [0002] Jatropha curcas L. is also known as Jatropha curcas. Its seeds, bark, leaves, roots and latex contain biological drug sources with various components, which can be extracted to make biomedicine and biopesticides. It is mainly distributed in tropical and subtropical regions such as Africa, South America, and South Asia. It also grows in dry and hot valleys in Southwest my country. Modern scientific research proves that the tree has the functions of nutrition, antibacterial, antivirus, insecticide, antitumor, and health care. The water-soluble extract of Jatropha twigs can significantly inhibit HIV-induced cell degeneration in the laboratory, and has low toxicity to cells. It has toxic effects on schistosome larvae and interm...
