The invention consists of a liquid slug spray gun and a stock solution ejection device. An infusion port of the liquid slug spray gun is connected with a perfusion tube of the stock solution ejection device; the stock solution ejection device is composed of a stock solution syringe and a gas accumulator which are connected with each other by a gas transmission valve; a piston is arranged in the stock solution syringe; a gas pressure tank is arranged at one side of the piston; and a hydraulic pressure tank is arranged at another side of the piston and connected with the perfusion tube. The invention utilizes a compressed gas to push the piston to eject the liquid slug, and has a stable ejecting rate and a powerful impact, which is suitable for putting out a fire in a closed car, the fire of an eruptible gas and the fire of an electrified electric appliance, etc., and especially for extinguishing a fire disaster caused by a self-combustion of the car on an overhead, an expressway and a bridge, etc. The portable fire extinguisher is suitable for a fire fighter to carry on the back to use, and being configured on a fire fighting go-cart and a fire fighting motorcycle, etc.
