Abstract
The invention discloses a recovery and treatment technique for treating organic wastewater before electroplating. The technique comprises: the PH value of the organic wastewater is adjusted and the PH value is controlled within the scope of 7 to 9; the effluent of the former step is carried out pre-aerobic treatment and a way of biological selection is used for causing microorganisms to have an adaptive effect on the wastewater; a membrane bioreactor is used for treating the effluent of the former step to realize solid-liquid separation; a reverse osmosis membrane recycling system is used forcarrying out reverse osmosis treatment on the effluent of the former step in order to be in accordance with the requirements of a recycling galvanization rinsing water. The technology combines the traditional biological wastewater treatment technology into the treatment of treating the organic wastewater before the electroplating, which can realize the removal of the organisms that can not be degradated by chemical method.
