The device is simple, compact and reasonable in structure, can be arranged in a complex water body, and can ensure that uniform air distributed by the air distributor and the water body are fully mixed in the gas-liquid mixer; a gas-liquid mixture after the uniform and the water body are mixed flows orderly; and an oxygen enriched water body and an oxygen-deficient water body are circulated mutually and diffused uniformly all around the water body, so as to realize the mass transfer and oxygen transfer of a large water body.
