Abstract

A method for scaling the oil injection amount used for an electronic-control injection device of a diesel engine comprises the following steps: (1) controlling the injection start time and the duration time according to injection timing signal and injection pulse-width signal under each set operation condition; (2) reading the oil injection amount of the electronic-control injection device, and inputting the injection characteristics into a database under each set operation condition; (3) laser-etching two-dimensional codes on the metal surface of the electronic-control injection device according to the injection characteristics in the database to mark the injection characteristics; and (4) scanning the two-dimensional codes and inputting the injection characteristics of the electronic-control injection device into an electronic control unit matched with the engine. The corresponding device comprises an injection pump test bed, a control computer, a digital oil injection flowmeter, a database management system, a laser marker, and a laser scanner. The oil injection amount scaling method can improve the assembly quality of the diesel engine, effectively lower the maintenance cost of the diesel engine and improve the oil injection amount uniformity of the oil injection pump, thus achieving stable operation and normal emission of the engine.
