Abstract

Disclosed is a cement-based straw fiber composite board as well as a preparation method thereof, which relate to the composite board and the preparation method. The composite board and the preparation method solve the problems of high cost, poor durability, volatilization of toxic gases and complex preparation process of the current composite board. The cement-based straw fiber composite board is made of cement, wheat straw particles, water and calcium chloride. The preparation method comprises: firstly, preparation of wheat straw particles; secondly, weighting of raw materials; thirdly, treating the wheat straw particles and mixing the particles with a calcium chloride solution, then adding water and cement for remixing; fifthly, paving; sixthly, cold pressing; and seventhly, natural preservation, thereby obtaining the cement-based straw fiber composite board.
