Embodiment Construction

[0028] The present invention provides a new application of fungi immunodulatory protein (FIP) in Δ5-desaturase. The fungal immunoregulatory protein is the immunomodulatory protein of Ganoderma lucidum or the immunomodulatory protein of Flammulina velutipes. Gamma-linolenic acid may also be included in the use of the present invention.

[0030] 1.1. Preparation and activity test of rFIP (recombinant fungal immune protein)

[0031] The expression vector system of yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae) was used to express rFIP. Transformed baker's yeast strains carrying the expression vector were screened according to the nutritional requirements of the yeast, and the yeast strains carrying rFIP were confirmed and screened by Western blot. Test protein purity and rFIP activity. The purified rFIP concentrate was stored at -20°C for experimental use.

Abstract

The invention provides a novel application of a fungi immunomodulatory protein in inhibiting delta5-desaturase, through which chronic or acute inflammatory reactions, inflammation symptoms or inflammatory diseases induced by concentration disorder of delta5-desaturase, arachidonic acid or inflammatory eicosanoids can be prevented or treated. Particularly, the fungi immunomodulatory protein has better delta5-desaturase inhibitory effect together with gamma- linolenic acid. The fungi immunomodulatory protein is preferably Ganoderma lucidum immunomodulatory protein or Flammulina velutipes immunomodulatory protein.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to the new application of fungal immunoregulatory protein. Background technique [0002] Arachidonic acid (ARA) is a product of the metabolic process of omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids. Under natural conditions, ARA seldom exists in the cell in a free form, and generally exists on the phospholipids of the cell membrane, especially at the second carbon position of lecithin, phosphatidylinositol and phosphatidylethanolamine. When cells are activated by external stimuli (including physical, chemical, physiological or other substances), the phospholipids in the cell membrane can hydrolyze the ARA on the phospholipids and release free ARA through the activation and action of phospholipase. The free ARA, through the enzymatic reaction of cyclooxygenases (COX) or lipid oxidases (lipoxygenases, LOX), will quickly form some lipid mediators that can provide information inside and outside the cell—also known as class 20 acid. ...
